2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in their jurisdiction) and physically able to take part in outdoor, team‑based training activities. You represent that you meet these criteria.

3. Registration & Payment

All program fees must be paid in full by the published deadline.
Fees are non‑refundable, except at our sole discretion. If Spartan Challenge cancels a class, you may receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

4. Health & Safety

You must complete our health waiver and disclose any medical conditions that could affect your participation. We reserve the right to remove any participant deemed unfit or a risk.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that Spartan Challenge activities involve physical effort, outdoor environments, and obstacles. You assume all risks—even injury—and waive claims against Spartan Challenge, its staff, and contractors, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect, teamwork, and integrity are essential. Disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—logos, text, videos, and images—is owned or licensed by Spartan Challenge. You may not use it without written permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your data and privacy—please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spartan Challenge’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
