ABOUT THE SPARTAN CHALLENGE
Our mission is to cultivate a resilient and purpose-driven generation of ethical leaders who take responsibility, stand for human rights and pursue justice for all.
Our vision is to bring hope to all people by providing basic human needs for the struggling and their families. We are preparing men and women to raise healthy families, build caring communities and increase value to society with their discovered talents and passions.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
We build Leaders

The program consists of a rigorous 168-hour continuous course where trainees are conditioned physically and prepared mentally for the blue phase of field training exercises. Each individual is evaluated on their ability to assume responsibility, follow instructions, and communicate with peers and instructors. The ruck marches, log PT, and boat carries strengthen the body and improve unit cohesiveness, as trainees push each other during the difficult times of reaching personal limitations.

Ethics + Excellence – Every trainee is held to a code of conduct that instills discipline, clarity in communication, servant leadership, and a strong moral compass.
ROI for Communities – The program reduces crime, dropout rates, depression, and joblessness by producing confident, employed, purpose-driven leaders.
