Age Requirement

14 - 20 Years Old (with few exceptions)

Cost

- Course Fee: $1,000 (covers gear)

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are available for those who need assistance in paying the course fee. If you need assistance, please submit your application and request a sponsorship. We will reach out to assess if you qualify.

Referrals

To qualify for our referral program, the following conditions must be met:

1. Registration: Referred individual must sign up for The Spartan Challenge, and mention the name of the referrer in their application.

2. Payment Completion: Referred individual must complete all required payments for the program.

3. Attendance: Referred individual must attend the first day of training.

Once these conditions are met, the referrer will receive a 50% refund of their class fee for each successful referral, up to a maximum of a full class fee refund (100%).

Duration of Training
The training runs Sunday (July 28th) through the following Sunday (August 4th). Full-time. Food and lodging is provided.

Attendance Policy

Full-time attendance is required.

Prep Camp

There will be a Prep Camp before the start of the course. This camp is optional, but highly encouraged, especially for those who may not be in the physical condition to begin the course. The intent is to give an opportunity for the gradual build-up of strength so as to avoid injury in the Spartan Challenge.

Physical Training

This is a challenging course. You will be doing push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, rucking, and more. There will be a minimum required workout each day of the week.

Entry Diagnostics

At the beginning of the course we will hold a PT diagnostic. You must meet the minimum standards for the diagnostic to go through the Spartan Challenge. The minimum standard is:

- 10 Push-ups (2 minutes)

- 20 Sit-ups (2 minutes)

- 2 Pull-ups (without touching the ground)

- 2 Miles (22 minutes)

Graduation Requirements

To graduate the Spartan Challenge, you must be able to meet the following physical standard:

- 25 push-ups (2 minutes - without falling)

- 35 sit-ups (2 minutes)

- 4 pull-ups (without falling)

- 3 mile run (30 minutes)

- 8 mile ruck (3 hours)

Spartan Advanced Leadership Training and Beyond

It doesn't end with The Spartan Challenge. For those who have the drive and tenacity, we have our Spartan Advanced Leadership Training. Physical requirements to get in are as follows:

- 40 push-ups (2 minutes - without falling)

- 50 sit-ups (2 minutes)

- 6 pull-ups (without falling)

- 5 mile run (50 minutes)

- 8 mile ruck (2 hours)

Physical requirements for our elite course are as follows:

- 50 push-ups (2 minutes - without falling)

- 60 sit-ups (2 minutes)

- 10 pull-ups (without falling)

- 5 mile run (40 minutes)

- 12 mile ruck (3 hours)
